The courses listed and linked on this page are FREE to Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) Child Protective Services, Foster Care, and Adoption workers, and DHHS contracted private agencies.

Current Course Offerings
- On Demand Courses
Earn CECHs from the convenience of your home, office, or on the go! This process will allow you to register, complete the course and have your certificate in hand all in less than 2 hours. Simply choose your course, click to register, and create a community ID. You will be added to an online course utilizing MSU’s Desire2Learn (D2L), an integrated learning platform.
- Child Welfare Webinars
Webinars are live web-based seminars or workshops that are transmitted over the Internet yet still allow interaction between the presenter and participants no matter where they are located. After viewing the webinar, you will be sent a link to a site where you can complete an attendance record, evaluation, and post-test. Pending a passing score of 75% or higher on your post-test, we will mail you a Certificate of Completion.
